As an as educator with over 14 years of experience I believe it is our responsibility to ensure all students learn and grow. Every child can learn, but first they must be met on their academic level, so that they can reach their full potential. We must encourage students by not comparing them to each other, but have them reach the greatest heights possible for themselves individually.
