Math is used frequently in everyday life, so we could work with sports, music, trees, pools, card games, or other things you are familiar with, when setting up problems to solve. Math is also unique as a subject, because we can always know an answer is correct by proving it or doing reverse operations to double-check our results. I am a teacher, so I have more free time in the summer than most times of the year. I love to ride my bicycle long distances to get great views and challenging climbs. I also love to swim. I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music, and to family time with me wife, 2 sons, and 2 dogs.
