I help students turn government and politics from memorized terms into a working understanding of how power, policy, institutions, and civic life actually fit together. My background includes public service, stakeholder outreach, strategic communication, and policy-adjacent work, so I enjoy helping students connect AP concepts to real-world examples, write clearly, and build confidence for class discussions, essays, and exams.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy music, theatre, cooking, reading, Chicago Cubs baseball, and spending time with my family. I’m also drawn to travel, history, civic life, and good conversations...especially the kind where people ask better questions and see the world a little differently.
