About Me

Hi! I'm Siara Goodways, a tutor with a background as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), and I specialize in helping students build confidence through personalized, goal-focused study strategies. I use my training to support language development, comprehension, and communication skillsmaking learning clearer and more effective. I also spent a year teaching ESL/ELL in Japan, which allows me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and adapt to different learning styles. As a mom and a current graduate student at Capella University, where I'm working toward my Master's in Psychology, I understand the challenges students face and how to support them in a realistic, encouraging way. I stay up to date on effective, research-based study methods and strive to create a positive, supportive environment where students feel confident and capable of reaching their goals.
