About Me

I'm a senior at Yale University studying anthropology, originally from California. My academic interests center on understanding how culture, inequality, and lived experience shape the way people navigate health and social systems. Alongside my studies, I've spent time supporting students through tutoring and mentoring, including helping with college essays and the admissions processsomething I care about deeply as someone who's navigated those systems myself. Being from California and now studying on the East Coast has given me perspective on how place and community shape opportunity, and I bring that awareness into how I work with others. I'm especially interested in public health and plan to pursue an MPH after graduation, with the goal of working at the intersection of research, community-based work, and health equity. More broadly, I'm driven by a curiosity about people's stories and a commitment to making academic and professional spaces feel more accessible and supportive.
