About Me
I am an experienced educator and Special Education Case Manager with a strong background in secondary English Language Arts, literacy development, and individualized instruction. I hold certifications in Special Education (712), English Language Arts (712), and a CELTA, and I bring a structured, patient, and supportive approach to tutoring students with diverse learning needs. In my current role, I support autistic learners and students with significant disabilities through data-informed instruction, IEP development, and targeted academic and functional programming. I work regularly on reading comprehension, writing, organization, study strategies, and test preparation, including SAT Reading and Writing, and I have experience teaching in inclusive, Regents-aligned, and international settings.
