About Me

Hi! I'm Dr. Calum Russell and I am a biologist in North Carolina. I currently teach at Wake Technical Community College (Biology) and am an agricultural scientist (plants and insects). I've taught in community college settings for over 5 years and have led informal education seminars around insects, microbes, and plants for over 20 years. When I'm not working, teaching, or tutoring, I can be found out walking my dog, running on the trails, or reading about the most recent scientific discovery in the news!
