I hold a Master's degree in Special Education and am certified to teach grades 1-6. I have taught both 2nd and 4th grade in a low-income school district, where I worked withh students of diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities. This experience helped me develop strong skills in differentiating instruction and meeting students where they are academically and emotionally. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking academic risks. Math has always been one of my favorite subjects to teach, and I enjoy helping students build strong foundational skills and problem-solving strategies. I aim to make learning engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each student's individual needs so they can reach their full potential.

Some of my interests and hobbies include all things Disney, cooking, and spending time with family. I am also an avid reader averaging about three books per week.
