About Me

I have a PhD in special education and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience across home, clinic, and school-based settings. I began my career as a special education teacher, working directly with students with significant support needs and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, which continues to shape my approach to teaching, supervision, and consultation. My expertise is supporting individuals with high support needs through applied behavior analysis, with a strong focus on meaningful communication, functional skills, and inclusive, socially valid practices. I have provided direct services and consultation in home and clinic environments and partnered with schools to design, implement, and evaluate behavior-analytic supports that are practical and sustainable in real-world settings. I am especially passionate about educating and mentoring future practitioners and enjoy breaking down complex ABA and special education concepts, connecting theory to practice, and supporting students as they build confidence and clinical competence.
