I love helping others feel their best, be their best, and reach their goals, whether at work, through leadership and mentoring, or volunteering. My favorite subjects are anatomy and physiology, reading and writing, data science, and public health. I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with dozens of students and mentees and empower them to reach their goals. I enjoy not just teaching and sharing knowledge, but also learning from students. I also have special interests in academic writing and test preparation, helping others thoughtfully prepare for what may be stressful moments of their educational journey. Some of my interests include coffee, plants, medical research, and local activism. My hobbies include volunteering for professional organizations, visiting locally owned coffeeshops, and traveling (especially to places that have plenty of historical sites, eclectic neighborhoods, and chef-driven restaurants).
