About Me

My name is Dr. Tricia Upton - you can call me Tricia. While my full time job is in healthcare, I'm a lifelong student, mentor, parent, and active member of my community. I love helping others feel their best, be their best, and reach their goals, whether at work, through leadership and mentoring, or volunteering. My favorite subjects are anatomy and physiology, reading and writing, data science, and public health. I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with dozens of students and mentees and empower them to reach their goals. I enjoy not just teaching and sharing knowledge, but also learning from students. I also have special interests in academic writing and test preparation, helping others thoughtfully prepare for what may be stressful moments of their educational journey.
