I believe my role as an educator is a "heart" job; there is no test or other assessment to adequately measure my qualifications for the role. I believe that every student has the power and potential to achieve beyond their wildest dreams with the right support. I believe that my role as a facilitator is to empower learners of all ages to take ownership of their intellectual journeys.
