About Me

As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in History from Le Moyne College, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience in high school Geography and World History, as well as middle school Social Studies. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and engage with historical concepts. I strive to connect the material to their interests and current events, making history relevant and exciting. I believe that by cultivating curiosity and critical thinking skills, students can achieve academic success and develop a deeper understanding of the world around them. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading historical novels and exploring cultural history through travel, which further enriches my teaching approach.
