With more than two decades of experience in education, I bring a student-centered, strengths-based approach to tutoring that helps learners build confidence, mastery, and genuine enjoyment of learning. As an experienced instructional leader, I specialize in breaking down complex concepts, supporting diverse learning styles, and creating personalized pathways that help students grow at their own pace while achieving measurable results. In addition to tutoring, I serve as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, where I guide graduate students in reflective, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive practices. This work strengthens my ability to support learners with patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of how people learn. As a published author and longtime education leader, I bring expertise in curriculum design, strategic planning, and systems thinkingall of which shape my holistic approach to tutoring.
