About Me

I have a Bachelor's in Philosophy from Duke University and over 7 years of experience helping students excel in subjects ranging from AP World and U.S. History to AP Calculus BC. I am also available to assist students in Regular or Honors courses. In either case, I aim to impart the analytical and critical-thinking skills necessary for academic success within a warm and supportive learning environment. I believe it is the tutor's duty to awaken students' innate passion for learning. Highly motivated students seeking more rigorous supplementary coursework are also encouraged to contact me for my services. I would love to develop a personalized lesson plan that surpasses their learning goals and expectations. Since I also write creatively, students who are open to exchanging ideas for short stories, essays, or other forms should not hesitate to contact me either.
