About Me

As a passionate Social Worker that recently completed my Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, I am excited to tutor students in AP English Literature and Composition, as well as middle and high school reading comprehension. I am also available to help future social workers in their studies or for licensure examinations. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and develop critical thinking skills. I am dedicated to helping each student succeed academically and personally, drawing on my background in social work to build meaningful connections. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring literature, which further enriches my teaching approach. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning.
