About Me

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at Smith College, and plan to graduate next spring. My expertise spans subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, Botany, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genetics, Evolution, and Neuroscience. I believe in fostering a student-centered learning environment where my students feel comfortable voicing their questions and challenges. My approach emphasizes adaptability, ensuring that I meet learners at their individual levels while making complex concepts accessible. Having been tutored myself, I understand the importance of empathy in education, and I strive to create a supportive atmosphere that encourages intellectual curiosity. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and writing science fiction, doing gymnastics and cheerleading, and practicing Spanish, having earned a New York State seal of biliteracy in the language. I am excited to share my enthusiasm for life sciences and help students achieve their academic goals. I like: Reading, Writing, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Yoga, Podcasting, and Playing Cello.
