As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive, inclusive, and confidence-building environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With over 15 years of experience in counseling, academic advising, and career coaching, I bring a deep understanding of how students learn bestespecially those with ADHD, learning differences, or anxiety around performance. I hold a master's degree in mental health counseling and have worked extensively with students navigating both academic and personal challenges. Whether I'm breaking down complex concepts, helping with executive functioning skills, or celebrating small wins along the way, I believe in meeting students where they are and guiding them with patience, humor, and practical strategies. I specialize in working with high school and college students on writing, organization, time management, and college or career prep. I'm especially passionate about helping students find their voice, believe in their abilities, and gain the confidence to tackle what's nextwhether it's an upcoming test or a long-term goal.
