As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive, inclusive, and confidence-building environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With over 15 years of experience in counseling, academic advising, and career coaching, I bring a deep understanding of how students learn bestespecially those with ADHD, learning differences, or anxiety around performance. I hold a master's degree in mental health counseling and have worked extensively with students navigating both academic and personal challenges. Whether I'm breaking down complex concepts, helping with executive functioning skills, or celebrating small wins along the way, I believe in meeting students where they are and guiding them with patience, humor, and practical strategies. I'm especially passionate about helping students find their voice, believe in their abilities, and gain the confidence to tackle what's nextwhether it's an upcoming test or a long-term goal.

When I’m not tutoring, I wear many hats—adjunct psychology instructor, career coach, and my biggest role is that of chaos coordinator for my son and husband. I love reading a wide range of books, from suspense and thrillers to personal development titles, and I’m passionate about accessibility in higher education, mental health, and helping others thrive—especially those with ADHD. I run a coaching business focused on empowering neurodivergent adults, and I’m always collecting ADHD tips, tricks, and hacks to make life a little easier. I'm also a true crime doc lover, history nerd, movie enthusiast, and cat mom to two mischievous boys, Ollie and Felix. Travel is my happy place, and I’m always dreaming up the next adventure (ideally one involving coffee and no laundry).
