About Me

I am especially passionate about teaching English Language Arts and Reading because strong reading and writing skills form the foundation for learning in every subject. I enjoy helping students strengthen reading comprehension, analyze literature, and develop writing skills that allow them to clearly express their ideas. My goal is to help students move beyond simply completing assignments to truly understanding and engaging with what they read. My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I believe every student learns differently, so I work to meet students where they are and break challenging concepts into manageable steps. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.
