As a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Texas at Austin's Cockrell School of Engineering, I offer high-quality, one-on-one tutoring services in SAT Math, Calculus, Physics, and Chemistry (Advanced/AP) for high schoolers. I have more than 500 hours of experience teaching and interacting with students from pre-K to high school from mentoring programs to volunteering as a teacher assistant. I firmly believe in understanding the underlying principles and making real-life applications way above content memorization. It is my job to help you understand the values of the subjects you are learning. I love using analogies to provide multiple perspectives to help my students better understand the principles. Furthermore, I always take notes with my students so they won't be lost after our sessions. All the sessions will be more on the conversational side where you will partake in answering questions and thinking critically to demonstrate your understanding. I have much experience in creating customized and individualized plans and materials for clients to make sure you are never getting a one-size-fits-all learning experience. As a tutor, I strive to connect and make their learning experience as joyful as possible. I found my love in learning and teaching natural sciences during high school. To me, they are the gateway to understanding this marvelous world and how they function. Beyond that, my ultimate goal is to contribute in cancer research and hopefully find a cure to this disease.

I enjoy biking, reading, and cooking! I am always on a mission to discover new flavor profiles across different cultures! I am currently reading a book about calculating cosmos and learning organic chemistry before the incoming semester.
