About Me

As a tutor with a Master's in Public Health from the Sociomedical Sciences Department at Columbia University and a concentration in Global Health, I am passionate about fostering a deep understanding of STEM in my students. With over 6.5 years of experience specializing in STEM and health and several years of experience with the MCAT (scoring in the 89th percentile), I strive to create a supportive learning environment that encourages inquiry, engagement, and critical thinking. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting the student where they are, connecting complex concepts to real-world applications, and making subjects relatable and engaging. I am dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their abilities. Outside of tutoring, as a professional, I work in data analysis/coding, nonprofits, and healthcare consulting, which further enrich my teaching approach.
