The reason I tutor the SAT, specifically, is that, because I graduated high school just one year ago, I still vividly remember the strategies I devised while rigorously studying for the SAT, from memorizing passage structures and common question types to finding strategies to eliminate answer choices before even starting questions. Understanding these strategies doesn't have to be hard, though, and I want to help students learn these strategies without having to figure them out themselves.
