About Me

I am a rising junior at Barnard College of Columbia University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics. I have experience tutoring students aged 7 to 17, primarily in high school. While I am able to tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, and Historysubjects I once struggled with as a child but have since made significant progress in, thanks in part to tutoring. I am familiar with Common Core and AP standards, and I also have experience helping students prepare for the English sections of the ACT. When tutoring, I love incorporating real-life examples to make lessons accessible and personally relevant to each student, using their interests to guide my teaching style. In my spare time, I love running, reading, singing, and traveling.
