As a dedicated and empathetic tutor currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Physics at Utah Valley University, I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. My own experiences overcoming the challenges of ADHD in high school fuel my desire to see others succeed, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help students build confidence in subjects like Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Linear Algebra, Set Theory, Calculus (my favorite due to its wide applications), and Differential Equations. I utilize the Socratic method, guiding students to discover solutions independently by fostering critical thinking, thereby empowering them to become confident, independent learners in a supportive environment.

I've got a pretty diverse range of interests that keep me busy! I'm a big movie buff and love catching independent art films at the local theater – always up for a good discussion about a thought-provoking film. I also have an eye for fashion, enjoying everything from high fashion runway shows to cool streetwear trends. Music is another big passion; you'll often find me listening to R&B, Hip-Hop, EDM, or House. And if you're up for a challenge, I'm an avid chess player! Lately, I've also been diving into coding and engineering projects in my spare time, which is a fun way to keep learning and problem-solving outside of my coursework.
