I love going over the detailed as well as the big picture topics of life sciences as well as how they directly affect and shape our lives. I think that understanding the way these topics apply to the real world is key to truly understanding the material. I enjoy teaching to students that are just as eager as me to learn about the awesome science that makes up our everyday lives. Apart from biology, I also enjoy going over chemistry, physics, and spanish. Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, working out, and fishing. I think there is beauty in the fact that my favorite subjects all have a large overlap with my outside of school hobbies. Cooking is just a biochemistry experiment that you can eat; exercise is just anatomy in action; and fishing is all about the biology and environmental science that make up the lives of the fish.
