About Me

As a tutor with a passion for mathematics, I aim to create meaningful connections between students and the material they are learning to enable them to learn at the best of their ability. With my Bachelor's degree in Physics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I bring over 3 years of tutoring experience across various subjects, including ACT preparation, high school biology, chemistry, and physics, as well as middle and elementary school math and science. I believe in tailoring my lessons to each student's unique background and interests, using relatable examples to foster engagement and understanding. My goal is to ensure that students not only grasp the concepts but also feel confident in their abilities and their understanding of the material. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring scientific literature and engaging in outdoor activities, which help me stay curious and connected to the world around me.
