I later earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Alabama State University. I am deeply passionate about helping students because I believe education is one of the most powerful tools for personal transformation. Supporting someone through their learning journey not only builds their confidence but also opens doors to future opportunities they might not have imagined. It is incredibly rewarding to witness that "aha" moment when a challenging concept finally clicks, and I am grateful for the chance to be a part of that process. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with students in a variety of settingsboth one-on-one and in small group sessions. I have tutored learners of different ages and academic levels, helping them develop not just content knowledge but also study skills, organization, and critical thinking. Each student brings a unique set of strengths and challenges, and I have learned to adapt my approach to meet their individual needs. I tutor a range of subjects, including Reading and Math. I enjoy it because it combines analytical thinking with creativity, and it allows students to explore different perspectives while building strong foundational skills. My teaching philosophy centers around patience, encouragement, and clarity. I believe that every student can learn with the right guidance and support.
