Hello! My name is Sanvi. I have a strong academic foundation in mathematics, the natural sciences, and the humanities; I earned a 35 on the ACT and have extensive experience tutoring students in SAT/ACT prep, Algebra, and English Grammar and Writing. My interdisciplinary education allows me to connect concepts across multiple fields and subjects to explain ideas clearly, whether we are working through math fundamentals or strengthening reading and writing skills. My teaching philosophy centers around understanding and clarity. I believe that students learn best when they grasp the underlying principles behind concepts.
