With over 18 years of experience in tutoring, counseling, and youth development, I bring both academic expertise and a deep understanding of how students think, learn, and grow. My background as a school counselor and psychology educator has allowed me to work with diverse learners, including students with ADHD, anxiety, Autism, and learning differences. I believe tutoring is more than improving grades it is building confidence, strengthening critical thinking skills, and helping students discover their capabilities. I focus on creating a structured yet warm learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and stretch themselves academically. My approach is individualized, data-informed, and relationship-centered. I meet students where they are while setting clear expectations and measurable goals. Above all, I genuinely love working with young people and helping them develop both academic skills and personal confidence.
