From an early age, I found joy in helping others understand complex concepts, which eventually grew into a passion for supporting students in their educational journeys. Currently, I am working toward completing my CFA. My tutoring expertise spans 3-8th grade mathematics and English, and I particularly enjoy tutoring mathematics and finance because it feels like solving a puzzlebreaking down complex problems, finding patterns, and piecing together solutions is both challenging and rewarding. Helping students develop this problem-solving mindset and seeing their "aha" moments makes the process even more fulfilling. My teaching philosophy revolves around patience, adaptability, and fostering a growth mindset. I emphasize understanding over memorization, encouraging students to ask questions and develop problem-solving skills. My tutoring style is interactive, incorporating real-world examples and personalized strategies to ensure material resonates with each student. Outside of academia, I enjoy skiing and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which provide balance and fresh perspectives that I can bring into my teaching. These interests also help me connect with students on a personal level, making sessions more engaging and relatable.

Outside of academia, I enjoy staying active and continuously challenging myself. Jiu-jitsu and running push me both physically and mentally, while skiing allows me to embrace the outdoors and test my limits on the slopes. I also have a passion for learning, whether it’s through reading or developing new technical skills. In my downtime, I love experimenting in the kitchen, finding creativity in cooking and trying out new recipes.
