About Me

I graduated from the University of North Texas, with a major in linguistics and a minor in Japanese. Since graduation, I've worked in a variety of positions, such as kitchen staff, IT assistant, warehouse staff, and library assistant. However, perhaps the most rewarding field I have worked in has been education. The irony here is that I once feared becoming a teacher, and would reject the opportunity each time it was presented to me. I did not believe I was a good fit. However, for the past four years, I have enjoyed sharing my knowledge, gifts, and experiences with children and adults, alike. One of the best ways to learn and grow with your passions is to teach it to others. Thus, my goal is to continue to grow and learn as a person while helping people around me do the same.
