I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Biology, where I discovered a passion for teaching and a love for subjects like genetics and microbiology. Additionally, as a native Arabic speaker with over 12 years of formal study, I'm excited to help students grow their Arabic language skills, whether they're just starting out or looking to go deeper. My approach is all about connecting complex ideas to real-world examples, whether in biology or language, so students can feel confident and curious. Outside of tutoring, I love exploring new recipes and hiking, which brings a fresh perspective to my sessions. I'm genuinely excited to help students reach their goals and develop a love for learning along the way!

In my free time, I love watching true crime documentaries and exploring criminology. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I enjoy trying new recipes from various cuisines. I prioritize exercising for fitness and wellness and find joy in reading novels, science fiction, and historical nonfiction. Hiking allows me to connect with nature, and I’m also intrigued by psychology and human behavior, always eager to learn more about what motivates people.
