I am passionate about helping students because I believe every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance and support. My journey in education began as a Special Education Teacher, where I developed a deep commitment to creating personalized learning experiences that cater to individual needs. This passion grew as I transitioned into my current role as an Assistant Principal. Through my work with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities, I have seen firsthand how impactful personalized instruction can be on academic and social success. I tutor a wide range of subjects, but I particularly enjoy tutoring reading, writing, and subjects that focus on developing critical thinking skills. These are my favorite because they allow me to equip students with tools they can use throughout their academic journeys and in life. Watching students gain confidence in these areas is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of academia, I enjoy reading, traveling, and participating in community service projects. These interests help me stay grounded and continue to grow as a well-rounded individual, which I bring into my interactions with students.
