I strive to create a classroom environment where students feel encouraged to learn through experience and relevance, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills while reaching their full potential, and preparing them to become active members of our community.

I am an avid runner, backpacker, cyclist, and naturalist. I also love to read. My favorite genres include non-fiction adventure, fictional horror/thriller, and biographies. I enjoy being outdoors whenever possible!
