I hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, and I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to work with students across various age groups, supporting them in subjects such as mathematics, finance, and business analysis. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master, I have a unique ability to break down complex concepts into manageable steps, helping students not only understand the material but also build confidence in their abilities. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and engaging environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring process improvement techniques and scaling Agile frameworks, which allow me to approach problem-solving with creativity and structure. I also enjoy volunteering in my community, teaching weekly lessons to children and coordinating events.
