About Me

Most people don't understand how important learning can be to both individuals and even countries. I have been to China many times and even lived in Beijing for two years. In Beijing I worked as a "Foreign Legal Consultant" for a large Chinese Law Firm. For instance, in China, English is a mandatory second language, so I was constantly asked to help our legal staff improve their English. In China, the better your English language skills, the better jobs you could get; the better schools you could get into, etc.; knowledge could change their lives and feed their families. It was much the same during the times I spent in Mongolia, and even with people in the South Korean Embassy in Beijing. I have enjoyed sharing my language skills with the eager, highly motivated people of all ages I met wherever I have been. For a full life, we must always keep learning whether learning English, or some other language, studying cook books to learn how to make perfect pumpkin pies, or discovering alternate universes with quantum physics, keep learning, keep learning, keep learning; always sharing your knowledge with those who ask you to teach it to them.
