Silvana

Since graduation, I have worked in a clinical setting helping physicians and patients, while also tutoring students on various subjects. I am passionate about healthcare and helping others, so I have been preparing to apply to medical schools while continuing my work with educating students who need the extra support. I enjoy teaching the sciences and mathematics, learning how to take the struggle out of these subjects. Moving from Egypt when I was younger, I did not have the capacity to seek help from tutors, so now I strive to lessen that barrier for other students by offering my knowledge. I believe education is an important tool in life, and everyone deserves to have the resources they need to succeed.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking, creating new healthy recipes, and walking my dog.
