As a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), Filomena brings a well-rounded and deeply human approach to both patient care and student learning. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the field and into education, where she is committed to supporting and mentoring future EMTs as they develop the knowledge, confidence, and critical thinking skills needed to succeed in high-pressure environments.
