About Me

I graduated from Winona State University with a double major in English Creative Writing, and Spanish, with a minor in Literature and Language. Both the English and Spanish faculty selected me for 'The Outstanding Student Award', as a testament to my passion for learning, and achieving excellence in my chosen subjects. Working with students is so rewarding for me, as I know having an encouraging mentor can change the course of your life by building confidence, and reminding you that the stars are only a jump away if you take the leap. I have a very person-centered approach to tutoring, as everyone is so unique, we can all benefit from different styles of teaching. So I like to get to know each student, their goals, and test out different styles of tutoring to see what is most effective for their success! I look foward to meeting you and helping you towards reaching your goals.
