Specializing my career focus in organizational behavior, I found myself attracted to the domain of learning and development. As I navigated through adult learning principles and eventually, instructional design methodology, I became interested in education and potentially teaching myself. I decided to obtain the 120-hour TEFL certification in order to gain a better idea of how to conduct lessons myself and, using experience from previous experiences, I began online tutoring. I soon realized my passion for teaching was much greater than I could imagine and that is what brought me here to Varsity Tutors! I'm looking forward to meeting you.

I'm interested in a variety of things as I enjoy filling my day with many activities. One of my favorite activities is being creative in the kitchen without a recipe. A close favorite is reading, and after that is writing myself. I'm also interested in music because I grew up singing and playing the piano, so I started making more of my own music recently. Additionally, my passion is clear once you meet me– psychology! I love to learn about the human mind and how we work, so I'm always happy to discuss this if you're also interested.
