As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Multi-Age Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, I have over 5 years of experience in both tutoring and classroom teaching, specializing in conversational Spanish. I believe that language is a powerful means of connection, and I strive to cultivate a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and embrace their mistakes. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering growth and confidence in each student, tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs. Currently certified to teach in Ohio, I am committed to helping my students achieve their language goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring diverse cultures through travel and literature, which not only enriches my own understanding but also inspires my students to engage with the world around them.
