I'm also an experienced tutor who has worked with everyone from 6th graders to college students on achieving their learning goals in the social studies. I'm passionate about my subject matter and even more passionate about the power of education to open doors for everyone, my goal is to help all of my students live their ambitions regardless of what they are. I hold a Master's in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from the University of Iowa. I've been the recipient of several academic awards, including dean's list citations, and was selected as a student speaker at my college's commencement ceremony.

My interests include: Travelling, reading, cooking, urban exploring, music, and spending time with friends and family whenever and wherever possible
