Currently I teach special education. Before that I taught special education in Des Moines for three years and before that I taught kindergarten for ten years. I absolutely love teaching! I hold an AA from DMACC, BA from UNI, endorsements in reading, ELL, and STRAT II SPED from Wm Penn & Morningside. I also have a master's degree in Differentiated Instruction from Graceland University. As you can see, I too LOVE learning so I am looking forward in support YOU in your journey.

I enjoy biking, kayaking, fishing and hanging out with my four dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers, a guy my husband and I adopted, and an English Lab. YES, they keep us busy.
