As a seasoned nurse with over seven years of experience, including a tenure as a nursing instructor, I have developed a profound passion for education and nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. My journey in teaching began unexpectedly, as I discovered an innate joy and fulfillment in guiding and inspiring others while sharing my knowledge in nursing. With a Master's Degree in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, and currently pursuing my Doctorate Degree in Nursing, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My transition from clinical practice to academia has been driven by a desire to instill in students the same dedication, compassion, and expertise that define the nursing profession. Having served as a nursing instructor for over a year, I have honed my instructional skills and earned recognition as the highest-rated instructor at my university. My approach to teaching is multifaceted, tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of my students. Through initial consultations, I assess their unique requirements and design personalized strategies to facilitate their academic success. While nursing holds a special place in my heart, I am equally passionate about tutoring subjects like algebra, anatomy and physiology, and other sciences, as they serve as integral components of nursing education.
