I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University, where I studied Art, English Literature, and Math. I spent eight years as a professional nanny, caring for children from infancy through age 13, and homeschooled my own two children for 2nd and 5th grades. I have been tutoring students for the last three years in subjects including K-8 math and language arts; SAT/ACT Prep; Algebra 1 and 2, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-calculus; Digital Art, Color Theory, and Drawing. I'm passionate about transforming intimidating subjects into engaging, approachable lessons that help students build confidence and connect meaningfully with challenging material.
