About Me

I graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I received a Ph.D. and a Master of Science degree in Physics. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, with a minor in Mathematics and Chemistry. I have recently taught College Physics and Astrophysics courses both online and in person. I have three years of experience assisting with workshops in Computer Programming for graduate and undergraduate students at three universities. In my last two years of college, I worked as a Physics tutor at the university Physics Tutoring Center. Lastly, as a college senior, I tutored middle and high school students in Mathematics at the Kumon Learning Center. My favorite subject to tutor is physics, as my background is mostly in this subject. I thoroughly enjoy the learning process, while emphasizing that the journey is just as important as the end result. It has been exciting to work with students to advance from novice to mastery of the material being covered. I work to fit my instruction style with the learning style of the student. I am happy to share my knowledge and skills in order to assist students in achieving their academic goals.
