This approach focuses on identifying and affirming relative strengths and developing a plan to build upon relative weaknesses. My goal is to leave you feeling more empowered about content (e.g., science, math, graduate or medical school admissions, post-graduate work, and executive functioning skill building) after each session.

My interests are pretty varied. I enjoy outdoors activities (e.g., hiking and running marathons), arts and crafts (e.g., drawing and painting), and watching sports programs and binge-worthy television shows.
