About Me

Hello! My name is Dr. Aleesia Isom, PT, DPT. I am a Women's Health Physical Therapist who also has a passion for teaching. My first career was Education before advancing into the medical industry. During my transition into PT school, I saw a huge need for quality teachers to have a strong science knowledge and teaching skills. I saw almost 75% of my anatomy class drop out of class because they were failing. However, I truly believe they just needed additional tutoring. Those taking challenging science courses are our next physicians and allied health professionals! We need to provide quality tutoring to ensure our amazing scientists don't lose their belief in themselves! That's where I want to step up and help develop a solid science foundation so they can go advance our healthcare system.
