I am a recent graduate of Southern Utah University, where I obtained my Bachelor's of Music in Oboe Performance and my Bachelor's of Science in Theatre Arts. I have mainly taught at summer theater camps, as well as teaching private oboe lessons in pedagogy classes for my degree. I aim to establish a sense of trust between myself and students, as I believe education is best obtained by first feeling comfortable. I want to encourage students to do their best, but I also aim to challenge them to think outside the box and expand their minds. Outside of education and the performing arts, I enjoy spending time painting, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, and reading.
