I later earned my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout my teaching career, I have gained experience teaching five years of Kindergarten, three years of first grade, as well as working in a K–3 Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities classroom. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of diverse learning styles, individual student needs, and the importance of building confidence through education. I am especially passionate about teaching English Language Arts and helping students develop strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills. However, I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone and helping students in all subject areas. My goal is to make learning approachable, break down challenging concepts, and ensure every student feels supported, confident, and successful.
