I have enjoyed tutoring since 2017 and have experience tutoring college level math and physics as well as k-12 reading, writing, comprehension, math, science, and ACT prep. I tutored both small groups and one-on-one lessons. I have experience tutoring in person and virtually with video lessons held regularly with multiple students over the past two years. I am always focused on learning and personal improvement, and sharing this enthusiasm with students is a passion of mine. For me, helping a student understand a difficult concept or equation is the mark of a good day. I lead with patients and positivity. My favorite subjects to teach are math and physics. I always loved solving problems and working with numbers. Learning how the world works is a driving force in my life, and math and science are great tools for engaging with the world. I keep myself active with gardening, cooking, and distance running. I love reading about history, philosophy, and trips to Mordor. I enjoy listening to my records, watching movies, playing (and occasionally designing) board games, watching sports, and dominating my fantasy football league. I also love camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors.
